How to order and pay for my pedals?

1. If you have any questions about my pedals, please contact me before you make an order.

2. If you decide to order a pedal, you shall do so via the order form on the pedal page.

You can choose to pay in either EUR or USD.

3. Once the order has been placed, i will reply to you as soon as possible. Hence, your order is not considered to be confirmed until after i have confirmed it by email and received the deposit payment (see below).

4. If you are from outside the EU, i accept mainly PayPal. If you prefer a bank transfer, please let me know. Together with the confirmation email, you will receive a PayPal money request for a deposit of 100 EUR/USD.

Note: I don't charge any PayPal fees.

Note: You can pay via PayPal even if you don't have a PayPal account.

5. By paying the deposit you commit to buy the pedal. In case you want to cancel the order for any other reason than that i haven't built the pedal to the promised date, you can't claim the deposit money back.

6. As soon as i receive the deposit payment i will put you on the waiting list. The waiting time depends on the number of people in front of you, and it is announced (and regularly updated) on the pedal page.

7. As soon as the pedal is built, and before i ship it, i will send you a PayPal/bank transfer request for the rest of the price.

8. I will ship the package within 2 working days after receiving the payment, and i will provide you with the tracking number.

LATE NOVEMBER AND DECEMBER DISPATCH: Due to the happy Christmas gift madness, the priority airmail postal services get traditionally jammed. That's why i accept only UPS to ship orders that are finished between November 20 and December 31. This is for your own good. It may take a few months to get a late-year pedal shipped by a standard postal service, and it cannot be speeded up even by the most serious complaints. I hope you understand :)

Packing

All pedals i ship are packed with care. Every pedal is wrapped in a bubble wrap, and then put into a small cardboard box. That box is again wrapped in a bubble wrap and put into a larger postal cardboard box (destinations outside of Europe), or wrapped in extra layers of bubble wrap and put into a plastic envelope (some European destinations). All extra room in the box is filled with wrapped newspapers (by witch you get updated about grocery prices in Lidl, Czech Republic).
